How do I place my order?

Visit the section of the product you are interested in and select the product you want to order. If you are satisfied with the product, click on the ‘order’ button and put in the details of the product you want and click on the ‘add to cart’ button.

How do I make the payment?

We provide our consumers with much flexibility in transactions. You have the option to pay using net banking. We accept all types of VISA, debit, and credit cards. You can also avail the facility of ‘Cash on Delivery’ and pay once you get and check the product for yourself.

How do I provide my layout and what if I don’t have one?

All you need to do is make your design in a pdf file. For the color and any other special requirements of the pdf file, please see our artwork section help page. If you don’t have a design ready, you can contact our customer service or fill up a form, and we will assign one of our designers to make the pdf file for you according to your requirements.

How much time does it take to receive my order?

We process your order within 24 hours. The time required for the production depends on the quantity and the type of order which is again specified below each product. Once the batch is ready, it is immediately dispatched by courier and you will receive it within 2-3 days depending upon your location.

How do I cancel or return my order?

If you wish to cancel the order, you immediately need to contact our customer care service or click on ‘Cancel order’ option on the order page. Once the order has started printing, it cannot be canceled and you need to pay for the consignment. If you receive a defective batch, you can always contact us and we will collect the consignment from you for free and after examination, if it is found to be defective, you will be sent fresh products in place of those defective ones.
